The California Supreme Court will release its ruling on Prop. 8 on Tuesday, according to the SF Chronicle. The article judges from the judges during the hearing that the court will uphold the overturning of same-sex marriage there, that they will keep the 18,000-plus SS marriages legal, and that the pro-equality folk will have to start the slog for a 2010 or 2012 drive to overturn that amendment.
