Good for Larry! That appeals system is there to be used, and by gosh, he is entitled to use it. Just too mad he's in a different district than Mad Dad, or we could have a double feature to look forward to.
I found this Craig quote in the article interesting: "threw me under the bus." That term, being thrown *under* the bus, arose AFAIK in the LGBT blogosphere. I have not heard it used in wider society until now (provided he is part of the wider society).
